01Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done in your account.
• Tell us right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.

02Your data is yours

Everything you add to Zamen stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and display it so we can provide the service to you and the people you share it with. You can export your data at any time.

03Acceptable use

You may not use Zamen for:

• Anything unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
• Spam, harmful content or malware.
• Attempting to break into or disrupt the platform, or to get around plan limits.
• Reselling or copying the service without our written permission.

04Plans and payment

• Paid plans are charged per seat, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Each plan has limits (such as rows, storage and AI credits). When you reach one, extra usage stops until you upgrade or add an add-on.
• You can cancel at any time; your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
• We may change prices, and will tell you before any change applies to your subscription.

05Artificial intelligence

AI results are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Review them before relying on them for any important decision.

06Connected services

When you connect Zamen to another service such as Google, Slack or your online store, your use of that service is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for its availability or its changes.

07Availability

We work to keep Zamen available and reliable, but we provide it "as is", without a promise that it will run without interruption or error. Features may evolve or change over time.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for lost profits or data. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

09Ending your account

You can stop using Zamen and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms; we will tell you and let you export your data unless a risk prevents it.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use Zamen afterwards means you accept it.
