01What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and photo, whether you sign up with email, Google or GitHub.
• Content you add: the tables, records, files, comments, automations and apps you and your team build.
• Usage data: technical logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and times of use, to run and protect the service.
• Billing details: your plan, seat count and subscription history. Card details are handled by our payment provider directly; we never store them.

02How we use your data

• To provide and run the service: storing, syncing and showing your data to you and the people you share it with.
• To run the features you ask for, such as automations, imports and the AI assistant.
• For security: preventing abuse, protecting accounts and finding faults.
• To contact you about your account, your subscription and important changes to the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

03Google user data

When you choose to connect your Google account, Zamen asks for the minimum access it needs: your name, email and photo to sign you in, and access to only the Google Drive files you pick yourself (drive.file) to import Google Sheets.

Zamen cannot see any file you did not pick, and we use the data we receive only to perform the sign-in or import you asked for. We do not transfer it to anyone except to provide that feature, and we never use it for advertising.

Zamen's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke Zamen's access at any time from your Google account settings, or from the integrations page inside Zamen.

04Artificial intelligence

When you use AI features, we send the model provider only the part of your data needed to carry out your request, and show you the result.

05Who we share data with

We rely on trusted service providers to run Zamen, and share with them only what they need to do their job:

• Cloud hosting and storage providers.
• AI model providers.
• Payment and email delivery providers.
• Services you connect yourself, such as Google, GitHub, Slack and online stores.

06How we protect data

Data travels encrypted over HTTPS, and keys and secrets are stored encrypted. Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects your data.

07Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete any content at any time; it stays in the trash for the period your plan sets and is then removed. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.

08Your rights

• See and export your data.
• Correct or update your data.
• Delete your account and data.
• Withdraw any access you granted to a connected service.

09Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language. We do not use advertising cookies.

10Children

Zamen is built for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 16.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date above. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or inside the platform.
